On Vieques, you’re liable to find the meal of your life in the restaurant of a classically trained chef or at a roadside food stand in someone’s front yard. Lobster, an assortment of fish, octopus, conch, you name it, arrives fresh daily on the little island where beers are cold, the food is fantastic and the people are friendly. Open plate and empty stomach recommended.
